Wheels India opened its qualified institutions placement on September 24, 2026, with the floor price fixed at ₹2,197.10 per share. The company may offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price.
Inox Green Energy Services
Inox Green Energy Services opened its qualified institutions placement on September 24, 2026. The floor price has been set at ₹174.36 per share, with the company permitted to offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price.
Waaree Energies
Waaree Energies' subsidiary, Waaree Clean Energy Solutions, has entered India's specialty gases business. The company plans to develop a one-stop supply platform for semiconductor and solar cell manufacturers, expanding its presence in areas linked to advanced manufacturing.
Dr Lal PathLabs
Dr Lal PathLabs' board has approved the acquisition of a 70% stake in SN Genelab from its existing shareholders for up to ₹168 crore. Following completion of the transaction, SN Genelab will become a subsidiary of Dr Lal PathLabs. The acquisition is expected to be completed by November 30, 2026.
Sterlite Technologies
Sterlite Technologies has expanded its Neuralis Data Center portfolio with pre-terminated fibre trunk assemblies ranging from 48F to 6,912F. The portfolio is designed for hyperscale and enterprise data centres, where bandwidth requirements are increasing due to artificial intelligence, cloud computing and high-performance computing workloads.
L&T Technology Services
L&T Technology Services has entered into a strategic partnership with Cognite to jointly develop and deliver industrial artificial intelligence and data solutions for asset-intensive industries. The partnership will combine LTTS' Engineering Intelligence portfolio with Cognite's Industrial AI capabilities.
LCC Projects
LCC Projects has emerged as the lowest bidder for the construction of the Chhoti Kalisindh Medium Irrigation Project in Rajasthan. The project involves a sprinkler-based irrigation system supported by solar power at the Chhoti Kalisindh and Chahurni rivers in Gangdhar, with a total estimated value of ₹653.34 crore.
FSN E-Commerce Ventures (Nykaa)
FSN E-Commerce Ventures, which operates Nykaa, and BOLD, the corporate venture capital fund of L'Oréal, have announced a collaboration to jointly invest in the next generation of high-growth Indian beauty and personal care brands.
JSW Cement
JSW Cement has received a show-cause notice from the Additional Commissioner, Central Tax, Belagavi Audit Commissionerate, concerning an alleged short payment of GST due to incorrect classification. The department has proposed a GST demand of ₹229.85 crore, along with applicable interest and a 10% penalty, for the period from April 2022 to March 2024.
Separately, JSW One Platforms, promoted by JSW Steel and JSW Cement, has filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India to raise up to ₹3,054 crore through an initial public offering.
Axiom Gas Engineering
Axiom Gas Engineering is scheduled for listing on the SME platform, making the stock one to watch during the trading session.
