Interarch Building Solutions Inaugurates Advanced Heavy Structural Steel Manufacturing Facility in Andhra Pradesh

Interarch Building Solutions Limited has started operations at its new heavy structural steel manufacturing facility in Attivaram, Andhra Pradesh.
According to a filing, the company inaugurated the facility on September 24, 2026, as part of its expansion into heavy structural steel manufacturing.
Phase 1 Capacity of the Facility
The first phase covers around 20 acres, with approximately 25,000 sq. m. of built-up area. It has an initial manufacturing capacity of 24,000 MT per annum. The facility has machinery sourced from technology providers in Europe and India.
The equipment is for high-precision fabrication and the production of heavy structural members. The facility can manufacture large-sized hot-rolled sections and plate girder structural members for projects with specific engineering and dimensional requirements.
Applications Across Industries
The new unit will manufacture structural components for different types of construction and industrial projects. These include high-rise buildings, data centres, semiconductor and electronics facilities, renewable energy projects, electric vehicle infrastructure, and large industrial developments.
The facility also adds heavy structural steel manufacturing to Interarch’s existing pre-engineered building operations. The company said the new capability will allow it to undertake projects involving heavier and more complex steel structures.
Existing Operations at Attivaram
Interarch already operates a manufacturing facility at Attivaram. The company had earlier commissioned Phase 2 of its PEB facility at the same location, with an installed capacity of 24,000 MT per annum and an investment of approximately ₹32 crore.
The Andhra Pradesh unit will serve customers across South and West India. The company noted that its location near industrial clusters, ports and major transport networks will support the movement of materials and finished structures.
Further Phases
The remaining land at the facility has been kept for Phases 2 and 3. Civil work for Phase 2 is already underway, according to the company.
