Rakesh Gangwal and his family trust plan to sell up to 3.1% stake in InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo). The block deal, worth around ₹7,028 crore, includes 1.21 crore shares at a floor price of ₹5,808 per share, about 4% below Tuesday’s closing price.
BNP Paribas Financial Markets sold 5.53 crore shares, while Integrated Core Strategies (Asia) sold 2.41 crore shares of Vishal Mega Mart. Together, 7.94 crore shares (1.7% of the company) were offloaded for ₹1,213 crore.
