Asset Reconstruction Company India reported a 14.6% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹59.1 crore in the first quarter, compared with ₹51.5 crore a year earlier. Revenue rose 115.4% to ₹234.7 crore from ₹109 crore.
Glass Wall Systems India Ltd
Glass Wall Systems reported a 7.7% year-on-year decline in consolidated profit to ₹17.3 crore from ₹18.7 crore. Revenue, however, increased 35.8% to ₹107.4 crore from ₹79.1 crore.
Kanohar Electricals Ltd
Kanohar Electricals posted a 140% year-on-year rise in profit to ₹27.3 crore from ₹11.4 crore. Revenue increased 103.5% to ₹137.1 crore compared with ₹67.4 crore in the corresponding period.
Karamtara Engineering Ltd
Karamtara Engineering reported a 45.3% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹87.4 crore from ₹60.1 crore. Revenue jumped 72.3% to ₹1,580.9 crore from ₹917.6 crore.
Titan Company Ltd
Titan Company reported strong growth across its businesses in the second quarter. Domestic business grew 22%, while international business increased 97%. Consumer business grew 25%, watch business 30% and eye care 28%. The emerging business recorded 21% growth, while jewellery business grew 21%.
Titan added 77 domestic stores and one international store during the quarter. Its total store count stood at 3,758 as of September 2026.
Apollo Tyres Ltd
Gaurav Kumar has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Apollo Tyres, effective October 6. The company said he is stepping down to pursue personal and professional challenges outside the organisation.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd
Mahindra Lifespace Developers has launched Mahindra Rivenza, a residential development project in Baner Annex, Pune. The project has an overall gross development value of approximately ₹3,500 crore.
ABB India Ltd
ABB India has approved the appointment of Suneel Kumar Munaga as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2027. He currently serves as Vice President and Business Area Controller for Electrification at the company.
Ola Electric Mobility Ltd
Ola Electric Mobility is scheduled to hold a board meeting on October 7 to consider matters relating to a rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares of up to ₹1,000 crore.

Asian Paints Ltd
Asian Paints said its board will consider the declaration of an interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 2027. The record date for the interim dividend, if declared, will be November 4. The board will also consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd
Adani Ports has incorporated Paradip Mahanadi Terminal as a wholly owned subsidiary. The entity will be involved in the development and operation of two dry bulk berths at Paradip Port in Odisha.
HCL Technologies Ltd
HCL Group has announced an expansion of HCL IT City with a planned investment of ₹500 crore. The expansion is expected to create fresh capacity of up to 9.5 lakh square feet and accommodate around 4,500 technology professionals.
HCLTech also announced that 1,000 students across Uttar Pradesh will receive training in artificial intelligence and allied technologies through its LITMUS programme during FY27.
JSW Cement Ltd
JSW Cement has commissioned an additional 1.00 MTPA cement grinding unit at Nagaur, Rajasthan. Following the commissioning, the company's total cement grinding capacity has increased to 25.10 MTPA. Its total clinker manufacturing capacity, including the capacity of its joint venture JSW Cement FZC, stands at 9.74 MTPA.
Godrej Consumer Products Ltd
Godrej Consumer Products' Indonesian subsidiary has inaugurated the first phase of a new manufacturing facility in the Kendal Special Economic Zone. The company has invested approximately ₹250 crore in Kendal to strengthen its manufacturing footprint in Indonesia.
Marsons Ltd
Marsons and New York-based private equity firm Cleanhill Partners have announced their intent to form a joint venture. The partnership will focus on expanding transformer distribution, servicing and manufacturing operations across the United States and Canada.
Mphasis Ltd
Mphasis will extend its collaboration with Social Security Scotland through a £35.4 million agreement. Under the contract, Mphasis will manage and maintain the organisation's benefits management platform, which supports core functions and benefits delivery for around 2 million citizens across Scotland.
SME Listing
Black Opal Consultants, Papadmalji Agro Foods, Vans Electroengineerings and Green Asia Impex are among the companies featuring in the SME listing segment.
