
Sagility Limited has announced that Wednesday, November 12, 2025, will serve as the record date for determining eligible shareholders entitled to receive an interim dividend for the financial year 2025–26.
The interim dividend is set at ₹0.05 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 each. The company confirmed that the dividend will be paid on or before Friday, November 28, 2025.
Shareholders holding Sagility Limited shares as of the record date will be eligible to receive the interim dividend. This announcement applies to both NSE (NSE: SAGILITY) and BSE shareholders.
For example, if an investor holds 1,000 shares as of November 12, 2025, they will receive a total interim dividend of ₹50.
Sagility Limited reported financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company’s revenue reached ₹16,585 million (US$189.4 million), reflecting a year-on-year growth of 25.2% (20% in constant currency terms).
Organic growth stood at 16% (11.1% in constant currency). Adjusted EBITDA rose to ₹4,352 million (US$49.8 million), marking a 25.6% YoY increase, while Adjusted PAT surged 84% YoY to ₹3,010 million (US$34.5 million), representing 18.1% of revenue.
