Paras Defence Signs MoU with Israel’s Cielo Inertial Solutions for Inertial Sensor Collaboration

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited (PARAS) has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Israel-based Cielo Inertial Solutions Ltd., marking a strategic step in advancing high-precision inertial navigation technologies in India. 

The partnership aims to jointly develop, market, and produce advanced inertial systems tailored to domestic defence and industrial requirements.

Strategic Partnership to Advance Inertial Technologies

Under this MoU, PARAS and Cielo will combine their respective technological strengths to promote and pursue opportunities in India for Inertial Sensors and Closed Loop Fibre Optic Gyroscope (FOG) based Inertial Solutions. 

This collaboration is expected to enhance India’s self-reliance in precision navigation systems, which are critical for aerospace, defence, and space applications.
