Oriana Power has secured a Letter of Award (LOA) from SJVN Limited for the engineering, procurement, and commissioning (EPC) of a 50 MW (AC) grid-interactive solar power project to be set up in Gujarat under GUVNL Phase XXII.
The total contract value is ₹217.45 crore (excluding GST), marking another milestone in Oriana Power’s growing portfolio of large-scale renewable projects.
Under the contract, Oriana Power will handle the end-to-end delivery of the commissioned solar plant, including land acquisition, design, engineering, procurement, testing, installation, commissioning, and a comprehensive three-year operation and maintenance (O&M) service. The project is scheduled for completion within 560 days from the award date.
The company will also undertake civil and electrical works, manage transportation, insurance, and licensing, and ensure operational acceptance upon commissioning. Oriana Power highlighted that this project underscores its commitment to India’s renewable energy mission and strengthens its position in the EPC segment.
The ₹217.45 crore contract includes four individual sub-contracts, with no related party transactions or promoter interests involved. Oriana Power emphasised that the project will contribute to expanding its renewable footprint while supporting SJVN’s clean energy goals.
