
As per PTI report, Indian IT services companies are accounting for a larger share in global brand rankings. Eight Indian firms together make up 36% of the total brand value of the world’s top 25 IT services companies, or $60.4 billion, according to a report released by Brand Finance at the World Economic Forum 2026.
The number of Indian companies in the top 25 has increased from seven in the previous year to eight.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) was valued at $21.2 billion in 2026, retaining its position as the world’s second most valuable IT services brand for the 5th consecutive year.
The company crossed around $30 billion in annual revenue in FY25, showing its scale in overseas markets. Demand for artificial intelligence, cloud services and cybersecurity contributed to overall business growth during the year.
Infosys reported a brand value of $16.4 billion, ranking third globally among IT services brands. Over the past 6 years, its brand value has grown at a compound annual growth rate of 15%.
HCLTech’s brand value increased marginally to $9 billion, while Wipro’s rose 4% to $6.3 billion. Both companies retained their respective positions among the top 10 IT services brands worldwide.
Persistent Systems recorded a 22% rise in brand value to $989 million, making it the fastest-growing IT services brand in 2026.
LTIMindtree’s brand value increased 6% to $2.3 billion, moving it up two places to 13th. Hexaware Technologies saw a 7% increase to $879 million and continued to feature in the top 25.
Tech Mahindra reported a brand value of $3.4 billion and retained its 12th position in the global ranking. The presence of several mid-sized firms alongside larger players shows a wider distribution of Indian brands within the sector.
The total brand value of the world’s top 25 IT services companies stood at $167.2 billion in 2026, a 2% increase from 2025. Accenture remained the most valuable IT services brand globally, with a brand value of $42.3 billion.

Indian IT services companies continue to represent a growing share of global brand value, with both large and mid-sized firms maintaining their positions in international rankings.
