Adani Properties Plans Premium and Luxury Project Launches in Mumbai

Adani Properties is preparing to bring two premium housing projects to Mumbai this year, with launches planned in Goregaon West and Bandra Reclamation, as per news reports. The projects are in the final stages of approval, while some work has already started at the Bandra site.
The developer is also moving ahead with the rehabilitation part of its Motilal Nagar redevelopment project in Goregaon West. Together, these projects add to Adani Properties' growing development plans across Mumbai.
Goregaon Project To Offer 1,400 Homes
The first 5-6 acres of the Goregaon West cluster redevelopment project are planned for launch with around 1,300-1,400 homes. Most of the apartments will be two- and three-bedroom units.
The homes are likely to be priced at around ₹34,000-35,000 per sq. ft.
Bandra Project Targets Luxury Buyers
Adani Properties is also preparing its ultra-luxury project at Bandra Reclamation. The first phase will have around 140 homes spread across five acres, with each home measuring about 5,000 sq. ft.
The company said that the project is expected to be sold through an invitation-only model at around ₹1.20 lakh per sq. ft. It will also include customizable penthouses ranging from 10,000 sq. ft. to 20,000 sq. ft., along with a branded club.
Motilal Nagar Work to Begin
Adani Properties won the 142-acre Motilal Nagar redevelopment project after emerging as the highest bidder in a ₹36,000 crore bid process conducted by MHADA.
The project will include homes for sale as well as rehabilitation housing for existing residents.
Adani Builds Mumbai Land Bank
Beyond these projects, Adani Properties has accumulated land across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai for future development.
As per news reports, the company's plans said adequate road infrastructure is considered important before launching projects, particularly at locations such as Panvel.
