Rays of Belief Limited is a book-built mainboard IPO consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 52.30 lakh equity shares. At the upper end of the price band, the company aims to raise ₹125 crore. The issue does not contain an offer-for-sale component. 

The subscription window for Rays of Belief Limited IPO opened on September 1, 2026, and closes today, September 3, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 4, 2026. Refunds for unsuccessful applicants and credit of shares to successful applicants’ demat accounts are expected on September 7, 2026, before the proposed listing on the BSE and NSE on September 8, 2026. 

The IPO price band is ₹227–₹239 per equity share and the lot size is 62 shares. At the upper price band, retail investors need a minimum investment of ₹14,818 for one lot.

Rays of Belief’s ₹125 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of 52,30,000 equity shares. The issue is priced at ₹227–₹239 per share, and the face value of each equity share is ₹10. 

The public issue opened on September 1 and closes on September 3, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected on September 4, 2026, refunds and demat credits are expected on September 7, 2026, and the shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on September 8, 2026. 

The minimum retail application comprises one lot of 62 shares, requiring ₹14,818 at the upper price band. Retail investors may apply for up to 13 lots, or 806 shares, involving an investment of ₹1,92,634.
