Moneyview IPO is a book build issue of ₹1,091.68 crore. The issue is a combination of a fresh issue of 22.06 crore shares aggregating to ₹750.00 crore and an offer for sale of 10.05 crore shares aggregating to ₹341.68 crore. 

Moneyview Limited is a book-built mainboard IPO with a price band of ₹32–₹34 per equity share. The bidding window opened on September 24, 2026, and closes today, September 28, 2026. 

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 29, 2026. Refunds for unsuccessful applicants and credit of shares to successful applicants’ demat accounts are expected on September 30, 2026, while the shares are scheduled to list on BSE and NSE on October 1, 2026. 

The IPO has a market lot of 441 shares. At the upper price band, one lot costs ₹14,994. Retail investors can apply for a minimum of one lot.

Moneyview’s IPO is priced in the range of ₹32–₹34 per equity share. The face value of each equity share is ₹10. The company’s issue is proposed to list on both BSE and NSE. 

The IPO opened on September 24, 2026, and closes on September 28, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected on September 29, 2026, refunds and demat credits are expected on September 30, 2026, and the shares are scheduled to list on BSE and NSE on October 1, 2026.

As of the latest available update on September 28, 2026, at 6:54:01 PM (Day 3), the Moneyview IPO was subscribed 101.87 times overall. The non-institutional investor (NII) category was subscribed 120.37 times, the QIB (Ex Anchor) category 230.54 times, and the retail category 20.41 times. These figures may change slightly following exchange reconciliation after the issue closes.

Moneyview Business Overview 

Incorporated in 2014, Moneyview Ltd. is an Indian fintech company providing digital financial services like personal loans, credit tracking, and financial management through its mobile platform.  

Operating a capital-efficient, two-sided network, it connects users with banks, non-banking financial companies, and insurers.  

It uses data analytics and artificial intelligence to deliver unassisted user journeys and quick credit assessments.  

As of June 30, 2026, the platform registered 140.28 million users and integrated 48 financial partners. The total workforce comprised 1,933 personnel, including 798 permanent employees.
