While on BSE it listed at 121.90 with a 31.08% premium over the issue price of ₹93.00.

Jindal Supreme (India) Limited launched its mainboard book-built public issue with an aggregate size of ₹124.88 crore. The offering comprises a fresh issue of 1,07,41,149 shares worth ₹99.89 crore and an offer for sale of 26,86,851 shares totaling ₹24.99 crore. Bidding opened on September 16, 2026, and closed on September 18, 2026, with the final price fixed at ₹93 per share against a face value of ₹10. The minimum application lot size was set at 161 shares. Sarthi Capital Advisors Private Limited managed the issue, while Bigshare Services Private Limited served as the registrar. 

Jindal Supreme IPO subscribed 177.03 times. 

Business Overview of Jindal Supreme (India) Limited 

Incorporated in March 1974, the company engages in manufacturing and supplying steel pipes, tubes, and other steel products for infrastructure and industrial applications. Its product portfolio includes mild steel black pipes, galvanized pipes, metal beam crash barriers, and galvanized iron tubular poles.  

The business operates a manufacturing facility in Hisar, Haryana, equipped with mills, welding plants, and galvanizing setups. It primarily follows a B2B business model, selling directly to institutional clients and infrastructure contractors alongside a northern India dealer network consisting of 53 dealers and 242 employees. 

Financial Overview of Jindal Supreme (India) Limited 

The company reported a total income of ₹650.88 crore in fiscal 2024, which shifted to ₹604.74 crore in fiscal 2025, and reached ₹675.94 crore for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. Profit after tax stood at ₹12.87 crore in fiscal 2024, peaked at ₹24.27 crore in fiscal 2025, and settled at ₹22.53 crore in fiscal 2026. For the three-month period ending June 30, 2026, total income recorded was ₹191.09 crore with a profit after tax of ₹8.28 crore. The corporate net worth grew steadily over the years, reaching ₹105.02 crore by June 2026. 

Objective of Jindal Supreme (India) Limited IPO 

The net proceeds from the fresh issue segment are directed toward fulfilling defined corporate requirements. The company has designated a major share of ₹71.00 crore for the repayment or pre-payment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings. An allocation of ₹16.85 crore is set aside to cover general corporate purposes to aid general operational maintenance. The remaining balance of ₹15.05 crore from the total requirements of ₹102.90 crore is allocated to meet the issue expenses incurred while managing the public market listing.
