Maharaja & Speedex India Limited is a book-built BSE SME IPO comprising 43,08,000 equity shares. At the upper price band of ₹186 per share, the company aims to raise approximately ₹80.13 crore. 

The IPO opened for bidding on September 10, 2026, and closes today, September 15, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 16, 2026. Refunds for unsuccessful applicants and credit of shares to successful applicants’ demat accounts are expected on September 17, 2026, ahead of the proposed listing on BSE SME on September 18, 2026. 

The issue has a price band of ₹177–₹186 per equity share. The application lot size is 600 shares, but the minimum retail application is two lots, or 1,200 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2,23,200 at the upper price band.

Maharaja & Speedex India’s ₹80.13 crore IPO is priced in the range of ₹177–₹186 per share. It comprises 43,08,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. 

The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 34.46 lakh shares aggregating to ₹64.10 crores and offer for sale of 8.62 lakh shares aggregating to ₹16.03 crores. 

The public issue opened on September 10, 2026, and closes on September 15, 2026. The allotment is expected on September 16, 2026, refunds and demat credits are expected on September 17, 2026, and listing is scheduled on BSE SME on September 18, 2026. 

The market lot is 600 shares. As retail applicants must apply for at least two lots, the minimum bid is 1,200 shares, requiring ₹2,23,200 at the upper price band. Subsequent bids may be placed in permitted multiples of 600 shares.
