Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Business Overview

Asset Reconstruction Company (India), or ARCIL, operates in the asset-reconstruction and distressed-assets sector. Asset reconstruction companies acquire stressed loans and non-performing assets from banks and financial institutions, then seek to resolve, restructure or recover the underlying assets in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

Because this IPO is entirely an offer for sale, no portion of the IPO proceeds will be used by the company for expansion, debt repayment or working capital. Prospective investors should review the red herring prospectus for the company’s asset-reconstruction portfolio, recovery performance, regulatory exposure, funding model, credit-cycle sensitivity, financial statements and valuation before making an investment decision.

Asset Reconstruction Company (India) IPO allotment status is expected to be available on September 15, 2026, after approval of the basis of allotment. Investors should use MUFG Intime India, BSE or NSE with their PAN, application number or DP ID/Client ID to verify the allotment result.
