The subscription period began on August 19, 2026, and closed on August 21, 2026. The basis of allotment was scheduled to be finalised on August 24, 2026, followed by refunds and credit of shares to demat accounts on August 25, 2026. The shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on August 26, 2026.
The company plans to use ₹372 crore from the net proceeds of the fresh issue towards sponsor commitments to certain existing and new funds and repayment of a bridge loan. The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Ahead of the IPO, the company raised ₹165 crore from anchor investors on August 18, 2026. It allotted 1.03 crore equity shares to 15 institutional investors at ₹160 per share, the upper end of the price band.
