Hero Motors Business Overview
Hero Motors is a mobility-components company that manufactures products and systems for bicycles, e-bikes, automotive and other mobility applications. Its product portfolio includes drivetrain components, electric-mobility solutions and related engineering products.
The company intends to use net fresh-issue proceeds primarily for repayment or prepayment of borrowings and capital-expenditure requirements.
