The record date for determining eligibility for the AGM and dividend payment is May 30, 2025. The final dividend, upon approval by the members, will be disbursed on June 30, 2025.
For the quarter ended March 31, 2025, the company reported revenues of ₹40,925 crore, reflecting a year-on-year (YoY) growth of 7.9%. In constant currency (CC) terms, revenue grew by 4.8% YoY but declined by 3.5% on a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, indicating some softness in sequential performance despite annual growth.
For the full year ended March 31, 2025, the company recorded total reported revenues of ₹162,990 crore, marking a 6.1% YoY increase. In CC terms, the revenue growth stood at 4.2% YoY, showcasing steady annual expansion amidst a dynamic business environment.
On May 28, 2025, Infosys share price (NSE: INFY) opened at ₹1,581.00 and closed at ₹1,571.80, up by 0.11%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹1,587.70.
