Infosys Limited has announced a partnership with LogicMonitor, a leading SaaS-based hybrid observability platform powered by AI.

Tech Integration

This collaboration integrates Infosys AIOps Insights, a part of its Cobalt cloud offerings, with LogicMonitor’s Edwin AI to enhance IT operations. The joint solution is expected to reduce issue resolution time by up to 30%, cut redundant alerts by 70%, and improve system visibility.
