Who Is Eligible to Applyfor Sthree Suraksha Scheme?

• Women and trans women aged between 35 and 60 years
• Must be a permanent resident of Kerala
• Must belong to households holding either:
• Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) – Yellow ration card, or
• Priority Household (PHH) – Pink ration card
• Must not be receiving any other pension or welfare benefits, including widow pension, disability pension, social welfare pensions, service pensions, EPF pensions, or welfare fund board pensions

Applicants whose ration cards are reclassified as blue or white will not be eligible.

Documents Required for Applying to Sthree Suraksha Scheme

Applicants need to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Kerala residency
• Proof of age (birth certificate, school certificate, driving licence, passport, or medical certificate if needed)
• Aadhaar details (mandatory)
• Bank account details, including IFSC code
• Valid ration card (AAY or PHH)
• A self-attested declaration confirming eligibility

Beneficiaries must also undergo annual Aadhaar-based verification to continue receiving the pension.
