DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026: Flat Booking Starts from August 15, 2026

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 on July 24, 2026.  

This housing scheme offers a total of 1,224 newly constructed flats in Narela, available on a first-come, first-served basis.  

The booking window opens on August 15, 2026, at 12:00 Noon and will close on October 30, 2026, or when the inventory is exhausted. 

DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026: Flat Inventory and Pricing Details 

The scheme features a 25% discount on all housing categories, targeting working and retired professionals. The inventory includes 384 1-BHK flats, 432 2-BHK flats, and 408 3-BHK flats.  

Post-discount, prices range from ₹33.40 lakh to ₹33.66 lakh for 1-BHK, ₹75.55 lakh to ₹83.58 lakh for 2-BHK, and ₹106.55 lakh to ₹119.22 lakh for 3-BHK units. 

Eligibility and Application Process 

The scheme is open to Indian citizens aged 18 and above, including government employees, professionals, and self-employed individuals.  

There are no restrictions on owning prior property in Delhi. Interested applicants must register online with a ₹2,500 fee.  

Upon booking, a 15-minute window is provided to deposit the booking amount: ₹50,000 for 1-BHK, ₹4,00,000 for 2-BHK, and ₹10,00,000 for 3-BHK flats. 

Location and Connectivity 

Located in Narela, the residential pocket offers excellent connectivity with an upcoming DMRC Metro Station and a proposed RRTS Station nearby.  

The area is accessible via major routes like UER-I, UER-II, and GT Karnal Road, and is close to the Narela Sports Complex and Mamoorpur City Forest.

Payment and Maintenance Terms 

After confirming the booking amount, a Demand-cum-Allotment Letter is issued within a week. Allottees must pay the remaining amount within 60 days interest-free, with a 30-day grace period at 10% interest.  

Failure to pay within 90 days results in cancellation and forfeiture of the booking amount. Additional charges include water connection fees and maintenance contributions.
