On July 24, 2026, Tata Consumer Products Limited reported its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.  

The company reported a total income of ₹5,420.82 crore and net profit of ₹444.86 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.

Tata Consumer Products Limited reported a 12.5% year-on-year increase in total income for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, reaching ₹5,420.82 crore, compared to ₹4,820.08 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.  

However, this marks a 1.2% decline from the ₹5,486.18 crore recorded in the March 2026 quarter. 

In the June 2026 quarter, Tata Consumer Products Limited achieved a net profit of ₹444.86 crore, reflecting a 28.4% year-on-year growth from ₹346.44 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.  

Despite this year-on-year growth, the net profit decreased by 9.4% from ₹491.22 crore in the March 2026 quarter. 

Annual Financial Overview 

For the fiscal year 2026, Tata Consumer Products Limited reported a total income of ₹20,455.18 crore. The net profit for the year stood at ₹1,637.50 crore. These figures provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial performance over the fiscal year. 

Stellar Bottom-line Performance 

Tata Consumer Products Limited has achieved a significant 29% year-on-year increase in group consolidated net profit, reaching ₹427.19 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.  

The company's consolidated EBITDA rose by 19% to settle at ₹730 crore, translating into a strong overall operating performance.  

This profitability surge was tightly driven by steady volume expansion, strict execution, and a highly accretive margin setup in international channels. 

Volume-Led Revenue Expansion 

The company's consolidated revenue from operations jumped 12% year-on-year to hit ₹5,349 crore during the opening quarter.  

Growth was primarily propelled by the India Branded Business, which achieved a robust underlying volume growth of 13%.  

Meanwhile, the International Business grew its revenue footprint by 16%, showing a steady 3% growth when evaluated in constant currency terms. 

Rapid Acceleration in Growth Businesses 

The dedicated 'Growth businesses' vertical delivered a standout performance, expanding by 47% during the quarter to account for 36% of the total India business.  

Within this segment, Tata Sampann posted an exceptional 58% revenue increase across dry fruits, cold-pressed oils, pulses, and spices.  

Concurrently, the Ready-To-Drink (RTD) portfolio grew by 41% due to premiumisation, while newly integrated Capital Foods and Organic India rose by 40% and 27% respectively. 

Steady Progress in Core Foods and Beverages 

Core segments recorded healthy trajectories, with salt revenue growing by 7% backed by highly stable consumer demand volumes.  

India tea volumes grew by 2%, though its overall revenue was offset as the company passed on the benefits of lower tea costs directly to consumers.  

Coffee continued its rapid upward trajectory by recording a 24% revenue surge for the quarter. 

Retail and Innovation Footprint Expansion 

Innovation powered the company's market expansion with 14 new product launches across wellness, convenience, and premiumisation categories.  

Furthermore, Tata Starbucks maintained strong same-store sales growth, generating an 11% increase in revenue.  

The joint venture added four new storefronts, including premium Reserve stores in Kolkata and New Delhi to end the quarter with 498 stores across India.
