Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), one of India’s leading real estate developers, has unveiled its latest residential initiative in East Bengaluru. The company plans to develop approximately a 14-acre land parcel in Hoskote, offering premium housing options that reflect its commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation. The project will offer approximately 1.5 million square feet of saleable area, with a revenue potential of around ₹1,500 crore. Positioned 5 km off NH-75, the site benefits from excellent connectivity to Budigere Cross, KR Puram, and the Whitefield micro-market. The area is also undergoing major infrastructural upgrades, including road network improvements and the development of surrounding industrial and logistics zones.
Building on the success of Godrej Woodscapes, this acquisition strengthens GPL’s presence in East Bengaluru, a region known for its rising demand in residential housing due to proximity to employment hubs such as ITPL, Whitefield, and the upcoming Aerospace Park.
Hoskote continues to emerge as a prominent micro market in East Bengaluru, supported by strong infrastructure, social amenities, and its appeal to future homeowners and investors alike.
