CAMS has set July 15, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend. On May 5, 2025, CAMS board recommended a final dividend of ₹19 per share. 

CAMS said in an exchange filing, “Recommended the payment of Dividend of Rs. 19/- (Rupees Nineteen Only) per equity share as final dividend, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.” 

What Does CAMS Dividend Record Date Mean for Shareholders?

As CAMS has set July 15 as the record date for its final dividend, meaning that July 14 marks the last day to buy CAMS shares to become eligible for the final dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after July 15 (record date) won't be eligible for the final dividend due to T+1 settlement rule.

CAMS maintained its dominant position in the mutual fund industry with a market share of approximately 68% in terms of Assets Under Management (AUM), solidifying its leadership both in AUM and the number of Asset Management Companies (AMCs) serviced — 26 out of 51.

Strong Growth Across Key Metrics

  • AUM Growth: CAMS' AUM rose 24% year-over-year (YoY), in line with overall industry growth. This was primarily driven by a robust 29% YoY increase in equity assets.
  • Equity Asset Momentum: Equity AUM crossed the ₹25 lakh crore milestone, reflecting consistent investor interest despite market volatility. Net equity inflows for the quarter stood at ₹72,624 crore — relatively flat YoY but marking an 86% surge in FY25 compared to FY24.
  • SIP Trends: Live SIP accounts rose 18% YoY, reaching 5.7 crore in Q4 FY25. While new SIP registrations for the quarter remained steady YoY at 86.6 lakh, there was a 51% jump over the full fiscal year.
  • Investor Base Expansion: CAMS added significantly to its unique investor base, which crossed the 4 crore mark — a 26% YoY increase, outpacing the broader industry growth rate of 22%.

AMC Partnerships and Outlook

  • During the quarter, Angel One Mutual Fund and Unifi Mutual Fund launched their inaugural schemes on the CAMS platform, bringing the total number of live AMCs to 21.
  • Looking ahead, five additional AMCs are expected to onboard CAMS in the next six months, further strengthening its leadership position.
