Anya Polytech IPO opened for subscription on December 26, 2024, and closed on December 30, 2024.

It was a book-built issue of ₹44.80 crore. The issue was a fresh issue of 320.00 lakh shares. Anya Polytech IPO price band was set at ₹13 to ₹14 per share.

On Day 3 of subscription, December 30, as of 6:20 PM, Anya Polytech IPO was subscribed 439.8 times. QIBs subscribed 150.8x, NIIs subscribed 1,100.39x, and retail investors subscribed 321.53x.

The share allotment was finalised on December 31, 2024, and the shares were listed on NSE SME on January 2, 2025.

On the listing day, on the NSE, Anya Polytech share price opened at ₹17.10, up from its issue price of ₹14.00. At 10:22 AM, the share price was trading at ₹17.95, up by 4.97% from its opening price of ₹17.10. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹17.95. The company’s market cap was ₹215.40 crore.

About Anya Polytech & Fertilizers Limited

Anya Polytech & Fertilizers specialises in the manufacturing of high-quality HDPE and PP bags, produced from HDPE granules, as well as Zinc Sulphate fertilizers in two main categories: Mono Hydrate and Hepta Hydrate. Additionally, the company produces Micronutrient Mixtures. Apart from manufacturing, the company is involved in the trading of Single Super Phosphate (SSP), Organic Potash, Zinc EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetate Acid), PROM (Phosphate Rich Organic Manure), Ferus Sulphate, Magnesium Sulphate, Micronutrient Mixtures, Copper Sulphate Certified Seeds, and Cattle Feed.
