OTC Foreign Trading

In the world of finance, there exists a term known as OTC or over-the-counter foreign trading. This concept falls under UMIR Rule 6.4 (e), which allows for trades to take place outside of the Exchange if the client accounts involved are located outside of Canada. However, it is important to note that these trades must be reported to the Exchange within a specific time frame in order to be made public.
