Equity linked mortgage

A mortgage is a financial agreement in which the borrower pledges their property as collateral in exchange for a loan from the lender. In such a mortgage, the interest on the principal can be calculated annually based on the value of the property. This means that the interest rate may fluctuate depending on the annual return or value of the property. This type of mortgage is commonly referred to as a variable rate mortgage.
