Sub Leasing

Subleasing is a legal arrangement where the original tenant of a property is allowed to rent out a portion or the entire property to another tenant. This right is usually specified in the initial lease agreement and requires approval from both the landlord and the primary tenant. This allows the primary tenant to earn additional income and share the responsibility of the property with the subtenant. It is important to carefully consider the terms and conditions of subleasing before entering into any agreement.
