Indonesia MSCI ETF iShares

iShares MSCI Indonesia ETF, formerly iShares MSCI Indonesia Investable Market Index Fund (the Fund), is a non-diversified fund. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Indonesia Investable Market Index (the Underlying Index). The Underlying Index is a free-float adjusted market capitalization-weighted index designed to measure the performance of equity securities in the top 99% by market capitalization of equity securities listed on the stock exchanges in Indonesia. The Fund invests at least 90% of its assets in the securities of the Underlying Index and in a depositary receipts. The Underlying Index is sponsored by an organization (the Index Provider), that is independent of the Fund and BlackRock Fund Advisors (BFA). BFA serves as the investment advisor of the Fund.
