The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of Indian equities. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI India Index (the "underlying index"), which is designed to measure the performance of equity securities of companies whose market capitalization, as calculated by the index provider, represents the top 85% of companies in the Indian securities market. It will collectively invest at least 80% of the fund's total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index and depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
