Twinkle Papers Limited was incorporated as 'Twinkle Papers Private Limited', pursuant to certificate of incorporation dated September 27, 1995 issued at Jalandhar by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh. Subsequently, Company was converted into public limited company, by change in name to 'Twinkle Papers Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh on May 19, 2023. Company is a manufacturer of Corrugated Boxes, HDPE Cans/ Poly Jars/Jerry Cans/ Drums, Plastic Crates, Pallets and Polythene Sheets/Poly Bags. It is a packaging solutions provider engaged in the business of manufacturing polymer-based molded products mainly used for industrial packaging for industries like Textile Industry, Paper Industry, Shoes Industry, Food & Beverages, Healthcare, Paint Industry, Power & Battery Manufacturers, Telecom Industry etc. Plastic products are made using advanced technologies like blow molding, injection molding, and rotational molding. The Company started manufacturing of Paper cones for spinning industry in 1996. It diversified the business into fabrication of corrugated boxes with semi auto process in 1998. The Company began its journey in 1999 with installation of the first blow molding machine, which allowed them to start manufacturing poly jars and HDPE cans. Over time, it expanded the business by introducing new technologies: It installed an injection molding machine for manufacture plastic crates in 2021, installed a rotational molding machine for making roto-molded pallets in 2022, strengthened the plastic product line by installing another injection molding machine to produce plastic pallets in FY23. The Company is planning an IPO of issuing 39,88,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each through fresh issue.
