Waaree Energies Ltd, a leading player in the clean energy sector and promoter of Indosolar Ltd, will divest up to 4,76,495 equity shares, equivalent to 1.15% of Indosolar’s paid-up equity capital, through an Offer for Sale (OFS) on June 5 and 6, 2025. The sale is being undertaken to comply with SEBI’s minimum public shareholding norms.
The OFS will be executed via a separate window on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), with BSE serving as the designated stock exchange.
The bidding process will open for non-retail investors on June 5 (T day), with the option to carry forward unallocated bids. Retail investors and eligible carry-forward bidders can place or revise their bids on June 6 (T+1 day).
Share allocation will be carried out using the proportionate method at a single clearing price.
Antique Stock Broking Limited has been appointed as the broker for the transaction.

In a recent milestone, Waaree Energies’ U.S. subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, received a $176 million order for the supply of 586 MW of solar modules. The order comes from a prominent U.S.-based developer and operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. The delivery of solar modules under this contract is expected to begin in the financial year 2027.
