Tejas Networks has set June 19, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend for FY25. On April 25, 2025, Tejas Networks board recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share. 

Tejas Networks said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2025, had recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each for approval of members at the 25th AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after July 01, 2025”. 

What Does Tejas Networks Dividend Record Date Mean for Shareholders?

As Tejas Networks has set June 19 as the record date for its final dividend, meaning that June 18, marks the last day to buy Tejas Networks shares to become eligible for the final dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after June 19 (record date), won't be eligible for the final dividend due to the T+1 settlement rule.

Tejas Networks Q4FY25 Earnings Highlights

In Q4-FY25, the company posted a strong financial performance, recording net revenue of ₹1,907 Cr for the quarter (1.4x YoY) and ₹8,923 Cr for the full year (3.6x YoY). While Q4 ended with a loss of ₹72 Cr, the full-year Profit After Tax stood at a solid ₹447 Cr. The order book at the close of the quarter was valued at ₹1,019 Cr. A major operational milestone was achieved with the successful supply and deployment of radio and baseband equipment for 100,000 sites in BSNL’s 4G/5G network — one of the world’s largest single-vendor RAN rollouts, completed in record time. The company also entered into a strategic technology collaboration with NEC, Japan, focusing on the joint development of advanced wireless RAN and Core technologies and collaborative go-to-market initiatives.
