On Tanla share price opened at ₹750.45, matching its previous closing price on the BSE. The stock then climbed to a high of ₹794, reflecting a 5.6% gain from the previous close. On December 31, 2024, the stock reached its 52-week low of ₹660.50. Its 52-week high stands at ₹1,248.40, recorded on January 12, 2024. In the last month, Tanla Platforms’ stock has increased by 11%.
Tanla Platforms Limited, India’s largest CPaaS provider, reported its financial results for Q2 FY25 (July – September 2024), with revenue of ₹1,001 crore, reflecting a 0.8% year-on-year decline. Gross profit stood at ₹262 crore, with a gross margin of 26.2%, while EBITDA reached ₹175 crore, yielding a margin of 17.5%. The company reported a profit after tax of ₹130 crore and a PAT margin of 13.0%, with earnings per share of ₹9.70.
Free cash flow for the quarter was ₹52 crore, and the cash balance was ₹705 crore. Notable events included the launch of Call to Action (CTA) whitelisting on the Trubloq platform, Karix being named ‘Meta Growth Partner of the Year’ for the second consecutive year, the deployment of Wisely ATP with a leading Indian bank, the appointment of François Ortalo-Magné to the Board as an independent director, and the disbursement of a final dividend of ₹807 million in August 2024.
