Kouzina Food Tech has received the exclusive rights to operate and grow four food brands from Swiggy – The Bowl Company, Homely, Soul Rasa and Istah. Under this agreement, Kouzina will manage end-to-end operations, innovation, and growth for these brands. Over time, and once agreed-upon conditions are met, Kouzina will take full ownership of these brands.
This move helps Kouzina expand faster in the digital food market using its low-cost kitchen model. For Swiggy, it’s a chance to focus on its core business while still ensuring the success of its food brands under new leadership.
Kouzina now operates in over 100 cities with 250+ kitchen partners. With this deal, it plans to expand these food brands to more locations, boost online orders and potentially list the company on the stock market within five years.
The Bowl Company is popular for tasty, single-serve rice bowls. Homely focuses on simple, home-style meals. Istah offers global flavours, while Soul Rasa provides wholesome meals. All four brands have built strong customer loyalty.
Swiggy is a leading food delivery platform in India that connects customers with a wide range of restaurants through its app. It offers fast delivery, multiple food choices, and additional services like grocery delivery.
