For the financial year 2026, ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited reported a total income of ₹4,302.13 crore. The net profit (PAT) for the year was ₹517.15 crore, reflecting the company's overall financial performance for the fiscal year.

A major highlight of the quarter was the execution of a massive bonus share distribution, which expanded the equity base. Following board recommendations in May and shareholder approval via a postal ballot on June 17, 2026, the company issued bonus shares in a 5:1 ratio.
This resulted in the direct allotment of 9,48,37,920 equity shares (face value of ₹5 each) on June 25, 2026, taking the paid-up equity share capital from ₹9.48 crore to ₹56.90 crore (₹5,690.28 lakhs).
Alongside the financial reporting, the board approved key modifications to its core management structure. Mr. Rakesh Mishra was appointed as the incoming Chief Financial Officer (designated as Key Managerial Personnel) of the company, with his tenure set to take effect from September 1, 2026.
Additionally, Ms. C V Kavviya was named the permanent Whole-Time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer starting July 25, 2026, continuing the regulatory duties she had held on an interim basis since March.
