This platform is designed to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery for Generali Central Insurance, a domestic entity in India.
The agreement is set to be executed over a period of 2 years, ensuring a long-term partnership between the two companies. This strategic move is expected to bolster the technological capabilities of Generali Central Insurance.
This partnership marks a significant step for Zaggle as it continues to expand its footprint in the insurance sector.
By providing the Zaggle Zoyer Platform, Zaggle aims to support Generali Central Insurance in streamlining its processes and improving customer engagement.
