Amit Zavery, President, COO, and Chief Product Officer at ServiceNow, said that enterprises are now looking for AI systems that are connected, secure, and capable of delivering measurable business outcomes. He added that the partnership will help make the “agentic enterprise” a reality through secure AI-powered workflows.
Malay Joshi, CEO of Wipro’s Americas 1 Strategic Market Unit, said that many companies struggle with implementing AI at scale. He noted that the expanded partnership with ServiceNow will help businesses adopt AI solutions with better governance, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
