
Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹924.25 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, compared with ₹603.19 crore in the same quarter last year, as per the exchange filings.
Net profit stood at ₹118.97 crore, up from ₹86.40 crore in Q1 FY26. The year-on-year increase was supported by higher execution of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects.
The company, however, reported lower numbers compared with the previous quarter. Revenue declined 16.16% from Q4 FY26, while net profit fell 25.58% from ₹155.74 crore.
Profit before tax (PBT) came in at ₹163.39 crore, down 21.48% on a sequential basis but higher than the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Operating profit remained higher on an annual basis. EBITDA increased 47.58% year-on-year to ₹173.48 crore from ₹117.55 crore.
However, the EBITDA margin slipped to 18.77% from 19.49% a year earlier, indicating that operating costs increased at a faster pace than margins during the quarter.
At the end of June 2026, the company's consolidated unexecuted order book remained above ₹5,300 crore. It also reported a bidding pipeline comprising more than 37 GWp of solar projects, over 10 GWh of battery energy storage system (BESS) projects, and transmission and distribution opportunities worth more than ₹20,000 crore.
During the quarter, the company secured a 1,520MWh BESS contract and a 450 MWp ground-mounted solar EPC order.
It also completed the acquisition of a 55% stake in Associated Power Structures Pvt. Ltd., adding transmission and distribution capabilities to its business.
According to the company, India's installed renewable energy capacity exceeded 288 GW as of June 2026, including more than 162 GW of solar capacity.
The country has set a target of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030, with solar, battery storage and hybrid projects expected to account for a significant share of future capacity additions.

As of July 23, 2026, 11:24 am, Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd share price was trading at ₹960.90, a 5.72% decrease from the previous closing price.
Waaree Renewable Technologies recorded year-on-year growth across key financial metrics in the June quarter, although revenue and profit were lower than the previous quarter. The company ended the quarter with fresh order wins and an order book exceeding ₹5,300 crore.
