Waaree Renewable Technologies Share Price in Focus; Signs LOA for 300MW/450MWp Ground Mount Solar Project

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) has announced that it has signed a Letter of Award (LOA) for the execution of an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for a 300MW/450MWp ground mount solar project. 

The contract includes 2 years of operation and maintenance services and was received by the company on June 8, 2026. 

Company Secures LOA For Large Solar Project 

According to the disclosure, the LOA has been awarded by Sunsational Power Private Limited (SPPL). 

Under the contract, Waaree Renewable Technologies will provide EPC services for the 300MW/450MWp ground mount solar project along with two years of operation and maintenance services. 

Project Scheduled for Completion in FY27 

The company stated that the project is scheduled to be completed during the financial year 2026-27, as per the terms of the order. 

The aggregate order size for the project stands at 300MW/450MWp, making it a significant addition to the company's solar project portfolio.
