On August 20, 2026, Vipul Organics Limited officially commenced commercial production at its newly constructed greenfield facility in Sayakha, Gujarat, as per the exchange filings.
This move will make the company transition from construction to operations, consolidating its pigment manufacturing processes into a single location.
Details of the Plant
Currently, the facility will operate with a capacity of 1,800 metric tonnes. But overall, the capacity of the plant is designed for 3,600 metric tonnes of annual pigment production.
The industrial plot which is spanned across the 24,633.11 square meters and is strategically located on the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor,which is closer to the Dahej Port, facilitating easy transit.
Integrated Operations at the New Site
The new site will serve as a consolidated hub, hosting multiple units. Apart from pigment powder production, the facility houses AdiMem Technologies, which has recently begun selling reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration membrane solutions.
The port-adjacent facility's role in expanding capacity and integrating membrane and solvent dye operations has been highlighted by Managing Director Vipul P. Shah .
