Compared to the March 2026 quarter, the total income rose by 29.4% from ₹6,765.07 crore.

Net profit for the June 2026 quarter stood at ₹1,525.36 crore, reflecting a 15.1% year-on-year growth from ₹1,325.49 crore a year ago.

The net profit also saw a 73.6% rise from ₹878.71 crore in the March 2026 quarter.

Half-Year Financial Overview

For the six months ending June 30, 2026, Varun Beverages Limited reported a total income of ₹15,520.02 crore. The net profit for this period was ₹2,404.07 crore.

Robust Volume Offsets Raw Material Pressures

The beverage giant clocked a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹8,451.2 crore, marking a robust 20.4% growth year-on-year compared to the ₹7,017.4 crore recorded in Q2 CY2025.

Top-line momentum was primarily anchored by a 19.8% expansion in consolidated sales volumes, which climbed to 466.7 million cases.

This operational growth was driven by a healthy 14.4% volume increase in India alongside a massive 38.4% surge in international territories, further aided by a 1.2% improvement in global realizations per case.

EBITDA Reaches ₹2,343.0 Crore Amid Strategic International Expansion

The company posted a consolidated EBITDA of ₹2,343.0 crore, tracking a 17.2% jump over the ₹1,998.8 crore reported in the matching previous quarter.

Consolidated EBITDA margins saw a minor compression of 76 basis points to land at 27.7%, primarily due to the consolidation of the recently acquired Twizza business in South Africa, which currently operates at lower margins.

Net profit followed the upward trajectory, as Profit After Tax (PAT) expanded by 15.1% year-on-year to hit ₹1,525.4 crore. In line with its dividend policy, the board approved an interim dividend of ₹0.50 per share, leading to a total cash outflow of approximately ₹169.1 crore.

Strategic Pact Extensions and New Brand Alliances to Unlock Scale

"We are pleased to report a strong performance during this quarter across our markets," stated Mr. Ravi Jaipuria, Chairman of Varun Beverages Limited.

The quarter marked massive structural developments, highlighted by the extension of VBL's exclusive bottling agreement with PepsiCo in India until April 2049, while removing prior special purpose vehicle (SPV) restrictions to grant greater operational flexibility.

Additionally, the firm signed a strategic alliance with Asahi Group Holdings to introduce the iconic 'CALPIS' fermented milk-based beverage brand to Indian consumers, while executing a ₹305.0 crore ($32 million) agreement to acquire Devyani Food Industries in Kenya to expand its ready-to-market infrastructure.
