Urban Company has informed the stock exchanges that Neha Mathur, its Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and a member of the senior management team, has resigned from the company.
According to the regulatory filing dated July 11, 2026, Mathur submitted her resignation on July 10. The company has accepted her resignation, and her last day in office will be August 31, 2026.
The filing states that Mathur resigned due to personal reasons. Urban Company disclosed the development as part of its statutory reporting obligations applicable to changes in senior management personnel.
The company also attached the details prescribed under the SEBI Master Circular issued in January 2026, covering the reason for the change and the date of cessation.
The exchange filing does not name a successor to the CHRO role. It also does not indicate whether an interim executive will take charge of the human resources function after Mathur's departure.
Apart from the resignation, the company has not reported any additional changes to its senior management or organisational structure.
Urban Company has categorised the announcement as a change in senior management. Since the disclosure relates to a resignation, the sections relating to the profile of an appointee and relationships with directors have been marked as not applicable.
The filing has also been made available on the company's investor relations website, in line with listing requirements.
