The principal home services marketplace displayed consistent operational expansion as its NTV hit ₹1,056 crore, indicating an accelerating 29% YoY growth path.
Its Adjusted EBITDA margin improved by 170 basis points YoY to reach 6.9% of NTV, yielding an absolute segment profit of ₹73 crore.
This growth was driven by annual transacting users increasing by ~21% YoY to ~8.2 million customers alongside a ~7% YoY rise in spend per user.
Regionally, Tier 2 expansion outpaced the top 10 metros by posting an NTV growth of 36.2% YoY, contributing a rising share of new platform customers.
The overseas portfolio solidified its footprint as a major secondary profit vehicle for the company, growing its total NTV by 76% YoY to touch ₹237 crore.
This expansion was achieved despite temporary demand volatilities in the UAE market during early April, which fully recovered through May and June.
The growth was heavily bolstered by the Waed joint venture in Saudi Arabia, which scaled aggressively to post an NTV increase of 135% YoY to touch ₹77 crore.
The proprietary product division advanced its market commercialization, growing its net revenue by 60% YoY to settle at ₹95 crore.
Operational performance improved as the segment's Adjusted EBITDA loss margins narrowed to (7.3)% of NTV from (11.4)% a year ago, closing with a loss of ₹(9) crore for the period.
Product innovation continued during the quarter with the rollout of the Native M3 Pro water purifier and the facial-recognition enabled Lock Ultra.
The strategic on-demand segment remains in an investment-heavy incubation phase, though it showed sequential gains with an NTV of ₹53 crore and order volumes scaling up 43% QoQ to close at 3.82 million orders.
Network densification strategies helped improve unit economics, reducing the Adjusted EBITDA loss per order to ₹(346) from ₹(447) in Q4 FY26. On a macro level, the segment wrapped up the quarter with an aggregate Adjusted EBITDA loss of ₹(132) crore.
