The infrastructure company declared an interim dividend of ₹3 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each, marking a 150% payout for the financial year 2026-27.
The record date for identifying eligible shareholders is set for August 3, 2026, with the dividend distribution to be completed within statutory timelines as per the Companies Act, 2013.
Transrail Lighting has approved an additional investment of AED 15,300,000, approximately ₹40.25 crore, into its wholly-owned UAE subsidiary, Transrail Trading LLC.
This investment will be used to subscribe to 15,300 equity shares, increasing the subsidiary's total share capital to AED 28,300,000. The funds will support procurement, working capital, and project execution in the Middle East.
The company is diversifying its business by altering its Memorandum of Association (MOA) to include new segments.
These additions will allow Transrail to enter sectors such as defence drones, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), AI-driven automated flight solutions, solar power, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, and cloud data centres.
