Titan Share Price Gains 2% After Q1FY27 Results: Net Profit Surges 63%

Titan Company’s share price gained nearly 2% in intraday trading on August 10 after the company reported strong financial results for the April-June quarter. The stock touched an intraday high of ₹5,037.20 on the NSE, rising 1.94%. At 9:19 AM, however, Titan shares were trading 1.50% lower at ₹5,014.80.

Titan Q1 FY27 Results

Titan Company reported a 62.9% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit for Q1FY27. Net profit stood at ₹1,777 crore, compared with the year-ago period, and increased 50.7% sequentially.

Revenue from operations rose 29.3% YoY to ₹21,356 crore. However, revenue declined 20.7% compared with the previous quarter.

The company’s profit before interest, depreciation and tax (PBIDT) increased 57% YoY to ₹3,038 crore during the quarter.

Jewellery Business Drives Growth

Titan’s jewellery business remained a key contributor to its Q1 performance. Income from the jewellery business rose 43% YoY to ₹18,253 crore during the quarter, excluding bullion and digital gold sales.

The company also continued to expand its retail network. During the April-June quarter, Titan added 33 stores across India. These included 4 Tanishq stores, 17 Mia stores, one beYon store and 11 CaratLane stores.
