
On July 27, 2026, Tata Power Company Limited reported its consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.
The company saw an increase in total income and net profit compared to the same period last year.
For the quarter ending June 30, 2026, Tata Power's total income reached ₹19,439.65 crore, marking a 5.7% increase from ₹18,396.78 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Compared to the March 2026 quarter, the total income rose by 25.8% from ₹15,455.48 crore.
Net profit for the June 2026 quarter stood at ₹1,400.86 crore, reflecting an 11.0% rise from ₹1,262.32 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
However, this was a slight decrease of 1.0% from the net profit of ₹1,415.52 crore reported in the March 2026 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, Tata Power's total income was ₹64,171.66 crore. The company's net profit for the year amounted to ₹5,117.56 crore, showcasing the overall financial health and operational efficiency of the company over the fiscal year.

The infrastructure major reported a consolidated EBITDA of ₹4,249 Crores for the quarter, up 8% YoY from ₹3,930 Crores in the previous fiscal year.
Demonstrating an intense project implementation roadmap, Tata Power deployed its highest-ever quarterly capital expenditure of ₹5,375 Crores in Q1 FY27.
This aggressive expansion was supported by notable milestones, including the return of the 4,150 MW Mundra Plant to full operations from April 1, 2026, which actively helped meet India's peak power demand.
"India's energy sector is entering its next phase of transformation where the focus is shifting to delivering reliable, round-the-clock clean energy," stated Dr. Praveer Sinha, CEO and Managing Director of Tata Power.
The company's renewables portfolio scaled up to 12 GW, with its manufacturing segment showcasing spectacular operational health.
Solar cell and module manufacturing PAT registered a massive 3.9x year-on-year jump to touch ₹371 Crores, bolstered by the highest-ever quarterly production of 1,001 MW of modules and 862 MW of cells at its manufacturing facilities.
