Suzlon Energy Limited announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, delivering a powerful performance anchored by healthy operational execution.
The renewable energy leader clocked a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹3,819 crores, marking a robust 22.5% increase year-on-year against the ₹3,117 crores recorded in Q1 FY26.
Growth momentum was primarily propelled by a double-digit volume expansion in project deliveries, which expanded 14% YoY to hit 506 MW, the company's highest-ever volumes executed for a first quarter.
The group recorded a consolidated Operating EBITDA of ₹595 crores, finishing steady against the ₹599 crores reported in the matching previous quarter. The consolidated EBITDA margin landed at 15.6%, slightly compressed due to temporary global shipping constraints, a higher non-EPC segment mix, and targeted technological investments.
Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹305 crores, supported by a fortified balance sheet structure.
Total equity and net worth climbed to ₹9,869 crores while gross corporate borrowings were kept tightly in check at ₹277 crores, leaving the group with a significant net cash position of ₹2,322 crores.
"Suzlon is stronger than ever, and we are leveraging this to invest in our future," stated Girish Tanti, Vice Chairman of the Suzlon Group, who unveiled the new 'Suzlon 2.0' commercial strategy spanning four distinct business lines.
The operational pipeline remains secure, highlighted by record new order additions of ~1 GW during the quarter from premier counterparties like Tata Power, Waaree Group, and Sunsure Energy.
This lifts Suzlon's cumulative order book to a massive 6.1 GW total scale, with 84% of orders originating from PSU and high-grade C&I customer accounts, ensuring strong long-term revenue visibility.
As of July 28, 2026, at 3:17 PM, Suzlon Energy share price on NSE was trading at ₹48.13, down by 9.44% from the previous closing price.
