Schaeffler India Limited has proposed a final dividend of ₹35 per equity share for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, and fixed April 23, 2026 as the record date to determine eligible shareholders.
The same date will also be used to finalise the list of members entitled to participate in the company’s 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The dividend payout is subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM. If approved, the company will distribute the dividend within 30 days from the date of the meeting.
The proposed dividend of ₹35 per share reflects the company’s continued focus on rewarding shareholders. Investors holding shares as of the record date will be eligible to receive the dividend, subject to approval at the AGM.
The ex-date for the dividend is April 23, 2026, which means investors must purchase the shares before this date to qualify for the payout.
Schaeffler India has maintained a steady dividend track record over recent years. The company paid ₹28 per share in 2025 and ₹26 per share in 2024. Earlier, it distributed ₹24 per share in 2023 and ₹16 per share in 2022.
This consistent trend highlights the company’s commitment to delivering value to its shareholders through regular payouts.
Investors should keep track of important dates such as the record date and AGM timeline to ensure eligibility for dividend benefits. Since dividend payments are subject to shareholder approval, monitoring AGM outcomes is essential.
Evaluating the company’s financial performance and dividend consistency can also help investors make informed decisions regarding dividend-focused investments.
