On July 24, 2026, Sapphire Foods India Limited has released its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.  

The company reported a total income of ₹896.63 crore and net profit of ₹14.02 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.

In the June 2026 quarter, Sapphire Foods India Limited recorded a total income of ₹896.63 crore. This represents a 14.4% increase from ₹783.61 crore in the June 2025 quarter and a 12.5% increase from ₹797.18 crore in the March 2026 quarter.  

The company achieved a net profit of ₹14.02 crore, a turnaround from a net loss of ₹1.74 crore in the June 2025 quarter and an improvement from a net loss of ₹12.62 crore in the March 2026 quarter. 

Annual Financial Performance for FY26 

For the fiscal year 2026, Sapphire Foods India Limited reported a total income of ₹3,153.36 crore. Despite the quarterly profit, the company recorded a net loss of ₹31.95 crore for the entire fiscal year.

Operational Efficiencies and Regional Margins Expand 

The multi-brand chain recorded a major profitability boost with a consolidated adjusted EBITDA of ₹74.90 crore (₹749 million), surging 37% year-on-year.  

This resulted in an expanded corporate adjusted EBITDA margin of 8.4%, climbing 130 basis points from the prior year's corresponding quarter.  

On an unadjusted basis, total consolidated EBITDA touched ₹140.63 crore (₹1,406.30 million), while overall Profit After Tax (PAT) reversed from a loss in Q1 FY26 to a positive ₹14.02 crore (₹140.20 million). 

Global Store Expansion Crosses Key Milestones 

Sapphire Foods scaled its total restaurant footprint to 1,074 active locations as of June 30, 2026. Over the three-month operational window, the franchisee executed 22 net store additions across its core geographic verticals.  

This expansion included opening 16 new KFC restaurants, 5 Pizza Hut outlets in India, and 1 Pizza Hut outlet in Sri Lanka. The group's portfolio now stands at 591 KFC and 346 Pizza Hut units in India, alongside 126 Pizza Hut and 11 Taco Bell outlets in Sri Lanka. 

Diverse Performance Dynamics Across Franchise Brands 

  • Sapphire KFC India: Cleared a 17% revenue increase to ₹618.30 crore (₹6,183 million), backed by a 5% same-store sales growth (SSSG) and strong digital kiosk deployment across more than 75% of its network.
  • Sapphire Pizza Hut India: Reversed five quarters of negative trajectory to register a positive 1% SSSG, pushing revenues to ₹136.00 crore (₹1,360 million) despite margin pressure from high gas utility inflation.
  • Sri Lanka Operations: Grew local revenue by 14% in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) with a 9% SSSG, balancing out local head-winds from a minimum wage revision and geopolitical food inflation.
