Professional Background of Ashutosh Gautam 

Gautam brings a wealth of experience to RVNL, having previously served in various capacities at the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).  

His roles included Member (Technical) and Deputy Project Director for the Jal Marg Vikas Project. He also held additional responsibilities as Member (Traffic & Logistics) at the Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI).

Educational and Professional Achievements 

Gautam is an accomplished civil engineer, holding a Gold Medal in B.Tech and a Silver Medal in M.Tech from IIT Delhi.  

His career spans over 33 years, during which he has managed projects across highways, ports, and urban development sectors.  

He has also served as Managing Director for Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway Ltd and Kolaghat Haldia Highways Ltd. 

Contributions to Infrastructure Projects 

Throughout his career, Gautam has been involved in managing projects worth thousands of crores. His expertise extends to World Bank road projects in Uttar Pradesh, where he served as a nodal officer.  

Additionally, he has contributed to the Vision 2047 initiative for IWAI/MoPSW and has been a visiting faculty member at various prestigious institutions.
